  • Read scenarios before the motivation essay. Judgement shows up there.
  • A short, specific answer beats a long generic one.
  • If they refuse to recuse a friend, that's a no.
  • Check Discord account age and whether they're actually in the server before interviewing.
  • If they name another server, search it. Silent bans are common.
