ApplyDesk is operated at applydesk.net. These pages apply to the platform, staff dashboards, Discord bot, and community portals we host.

• Refund policy — Pro (£5/month) and Business (£15/month), cancellations, and refunds.
• Privacy policy — personal data, UK GDPR / EU GDPR, and how to make a request.
• Cookie policy — session cookies, appearance storage, and cookieless page analytics. No ads.
• Data processing addendum — processor terms a Business owner can accept in the dashboard.
• Data request form — access, correction, or erasure.

Guides and tools

Free Discord staff tools and guides on staff applications are part of the product site. They do not collect applications until you sign in.

Product and billing questions: Discord support. Data rights: the data request form (include your Discord ID). Signed-in staff can also use Account settings. Billing is handled in the workspace dashboard via Stripe.
