Questions
- How does billing work?
- Introductory packages are priced in GBP. Weekly means a genuine 7-day period; monthly means 30 days. You can buy a fixed-duration campaign (one-time) or a recurring subscription where offered. Payment is collected via Stripe after approval — submitting this form does not charge you.
- When does a creative go live?
- Only after ApplyDesk approves your enquiry, you complete payment, and we approve your creative and destination URL. Unapproved creatives never display.
- What reporting do sponsors receive?
- Active campaigns receive aggregated impression and click reports (raw clicks and estimated unique clicks) by email, plus a private report link. Reports never include ApplyDesk applicant or workspace personal data.
- How long do campaigns run?
- Fixed campaigns end automatically at the paid-through time. Subscriptions renew on the disclosed interval until cancelled; inventory stays live only while paid and approved.
- Can I cancel?
- Fixed-duration purchases do not auto-renew. Subscriptions can be cancelled; access continues through the paid period unless paused for failed payment. See sponsorship terms for refunds.
