ApplyDesk is closing permanently. New registrations and workspaces are no longer accepted. Existing users have until the stated deadline to access their workspaces and export their data. After the deadline, applications, reviews, and Discord bot workflows will stop. Existing records and accounts are retained; this deadline is an operational shutdown, not automatic deletion of personal data.

How do I reset my password?
ApplyDesk has no password. Staff sign in with Discord. If you forgot that password or lost 2FA, reset it on Discord, then come back and sign in again.Staff sign inAccount recovery
Do applicants have to use Discord?
Only if you turn that on for the form. You can also require a minimum account age or that they already belong to the server.Account age checker
How much does it cost?
Free forever on a subdomain. Yearly first: Pro is £50 a year or £5 a month. Enterprise is £150 a year or £15 a month. Starting Pro in Stripe includes a 3-day trial the first time, then billing begins.
Is there a referral bonus?
Yes. Share your link from Billing or Account. When another server owner creates their first workspace with it, you both get 7 days of Pro on a free workspace — not more. Paid Stripe plans already cover you. It is complimentary time, not a Stripe trial.Staff sign in
Can we use our own domain?
Yes on Pro (one hostname) and Enterprise (up to ten, including extra subdomains). CNAME to cname.applydesk.net with DNS-only / grey cloud.
Where do reviews happen?
In the dashboard queue. Discord can ping a review channel with a link back here. Pro adds reviewer assignment and extra approvals.How to review applications
What about privacy?
Staff accounts, billing, and the platform are ours. Applicant answers belong to the workspace. Privacy, terms, refunds, and an Enterprise DPA are on the Legal pages.Privacy policy
Can I get a refund?
Cancel anytime in Stripe and keep the plan until the period ends. Billing errors are refunded. First paid charge can be refunded within 14 days if you barely used paid features — see the refund policy.Refund policy

Yes. The dashboard includes staff, community, and gaming templates — mods, trial mods, whitelist, partnership, Minecraft, Roblox, RP, and esports. Pro can import a public Google Form. Can we hire trial mods?
