ApplyDesk is closing permanently
ApplyDesk is closing permanently. New registrations and workspaces are no longer accepted. Existing users have until the stated deadline to access their workspaces and export their data. After the deadline, applications, reviews, and Discord bot workflows will stop. Existing records and accounts are retained; this deadline is an operational shutdown, not automatic deletion of personal data.

What stops when
Immediately (while this notice is live): new account registrations, new workspaces, new application forms, new paid subscriptions, sponsor checkout, and new trials.
At the deadline: application submissions, review decisions, invitations, Discord bot application workflows, and related automated jobs. Sign-in, this page, and data export remain available for authorized users.
Not automatic at the deadline: deletion of accounts, workspaces, or personal data. Follow the existing privacy request process if you need erasure. Refund and retention wording on the published legal pages remains authoritative.
Export your data
Signed-in workspace owners and members can download a JSON export of the workspaces and application records they are authorized to access. Secrets, bot tokens, and password material are excluded.
